Folders are by default created private and secure for your eyes only. However, you may selectively grant access to a folder to any of your trusted associates. See also: Sharing CryptoVault Data Folders and Automatic Folder Purging.
Files uploaded to CryptoHeaven are transparently compressed and encrypted by the client software. Upload files to your secure folders by any of the following:

Sharing CryptoVault Data Folders CryptoHeaven file folders are by default created private, secure and for your eyes only. However, you may selectively grant access to a folder to any of your trusted associates. CryptoVault file folders are represented by the following two icons:
Share permissions are set by selecting Folder Properties->Sharing from the folder pop-up menu.
You grant acces to the folder by clicking the Add button and you remove rights by clicking Remove. Read rights are given to all parties listed on the Sharing tab. Write and Delete rights can be assigned as needed. To share a folder, click Share this folder and click the Add button, then select the Contacts you want to add. If required, set the Write and Delete privileges for each selected contact. See also: Tracing File Access. |
